“ Fresh, authentic, not too large of serving sizes.. we tried Trophy brewing first but way too crowded. We would have had to eat outside and too cool for me. Plenty of room to sit inside here at Moonlight and rock out to the music. Seems like a very relaxed atmosphere. Temperature is very comfortable--I do not like to be cold. So we,?as in hubby and I, split a spinach salad--Delish! We also split a Full moon pizza. Enjoyed the thin crust. Everything seemed fresh and certainly made to order. Not too breadie. Our server Hannah was exceptional. She was attentive without being too attentive and very friendly. Foothills Torch Pilsner is as close to Bud Light as you'll get, only with a slight bitter aftertaste. So I switched to BudLight, which was served ice cold and on special for $2.50. ”

“ Not going to lie, my friend and I were trying to go to Trophy when we stumbled upon Moonlight. But as the wait at Trophy was goodness knows how long, we said "screw it" and came here instead. I wish we'd tried a deep dish pizza, because those looked amazing, but we ended up getting a more traditional 'za with sliced meatballs and various cheeses. Between two hungry girls, we polished it off no problem. Service is pretty much forgettable, but the hostess was really sweet. I'd say if you're in the same pizza predicament we were, this is a good alternative to the more famous joint down the street. ”

“ Boyfriend, I and the pup decided to venture out to Moonlight Pizza Company since we had a Groupon to spend! Seating is available both inside and outside, since we had our puppy, we sat outside. I started off with a Mother Earth Weeping Willow Wit, the draft beer options are decent. We ordered a half caesar salad, a medium Harvest Moon pizza and an order of Tortellini to split! Unfortunately our salad never arrived because our server forgot to ring it in. The pizza was topped with roasted corn, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes and cheeses and tasted fresh and good but it was not the best pizza I have had around the area. I have had the Tortellini before so I wanted to order it again since it tasted so good and it did not disappoint! I loved the cheese tortellini with prosciutto, peas and mushrooms topped in a delicious cream sauce. Plus, it comes with toast on the side! Zoey gave this place 3 howls. Get a Groupon and give MPC a try, who doesn't like deals at a delicious restaurant?! ”

“ Oh I just love this place! Beautiful outside patio with shining lights and the view of downtown raleigh paired with some good pizza? Im in heaven. I ordered the Greenhouse effect and much like that phenomenon, it made me feeling hot...in the best way possible! In addition to the delectable toppings (olives, mozzarella, tomatoes, spinach, garlic, and don't forget the lemon zest), the dough and especially the braided crust were just a perfect combination of flavors in my mouth. Also, I love it when pizza places don't charge for ranch. And it was a generous amount! Also huge kudos to our server who wiped down our table before we ate outside. It just rained and no one else was eating outside but they went out of their way for my small town dreams of eating outside with the view of downtown raleigh. Also felt like I was receiving princess treatment from how attentive and nice the staff were. Thank you for a great experience under the moonlight! ”
